Conscious meat consumption – from nose to tail.
We follow the ‘head-to-tail’ concept – using every part of the animal. It may seem unusual, but making full use of the animal goes hand in hand with a deep appreciation for the animal itself, for nature and its bounty. This may well be a trend, but we see it as a way of life.
But it doesn’t always have to be meat. For us, this isn’t about making sacrifices, but about embracing diversity: an appreciation for the vegetables and herbs that make their way from our garden to your plate.
